Hi today we visited a hotel named “Cream Centre” it’s in Phoenix Market City, Pune, nagar road. I ordered only one veggie, pulav ,one naan and 4 rotis,our bill was 1039,as per roti he charged rs. 85 it’s not done and naan for rs. 100 it’s not a 5star how can he charge,rs.85 for single roti. it’s not even 3star I got shock looking at the bill.
Kindly help and take some action.

I have done my car insurance a few days ago from your side the name is : HDFC ERGO Insurance Company limited And My Policy Number Is : 2311 2023 2282 5900 000 My car accident happened on 15th august, i gone to claim my car at showroom at 16th august and they given me the estimate and then I sent the estimate to my agent, He told me that your car will be surveyed tomorrow an then I got a message by your side parmanand pal will servey my car and claim no : C230018158718 mob no: 8871099740 He will go to see tomorrow and now still my car work is pending So far my car’s work has not started just because of them and He is not passing my claim and really he don’t have manners and ethics to deal with customer, and your manger also have don’t manners jitendra singh mob no: 7400088044 actually he doesn’t deserve the manager position. The thing which should be covered in insurance is not covering it. i’m sending you some picture And understand Actual the things are right or wrong. I hope you solve my case as soon as possible if no then I will take a legal action on you.
