Vodafone deductions

My mobile Number is 9986660193.

I have received the bill for the period 20.07.2014 to 19.08.2014. I am charged Rs. 199 in the bill under the downloads item.

On 01/08/2014 for handygo_javagame_2 Rs. 20,
on 03/08/2014 for hello1_tvallsouth_ Rs. 60,
on 07/08/2014 for handygo_javagame_2 Rs. 20 and for deals_mydala_99 Rs. 99 are charged.

These items I never downloaded or tried to download the same.

So, I kindly request you to refund the same as early as possible.
