I am user of Vodafone from past five or more years but on 7 oct Vodafone deduct 49+99 from my main balance without any information for some fraud hello store but i didnt axtivated these type of any service customer care coudnt help me about this matter my Vodafone no. Is 9999168610

Deducted my balance rs 180 in the name of fake downloads

Ducted rs 75 once again from my balance in the name of fake download…I have not done any download….please take a step for thais.
This is done for 3 times with me..I have talked to your customer care…but all in vein. please do something.
