poor performance of hcl service centers and produts

I purchased a hcl tab having model name hcl me connect v3 bearing serial no. 1013YCCNV3DIT18547, therefore after some month of use there occurs a problem in power button and i approached to your authorised service centre in ghaziabad on 16th july,14 and after 25days there is no response from them. After that i submitted it in the authorised service centre in hapur on 11th aug,14 having complaint no. 8400443110 and still i am empty handed.
