I am using vodafone sim( number-8971292600) for more than 4 years. Today I got a message from vodafone that night out pack is activated on my number and 90rs is deducted from my account. I didn’t requested or activated any service , so I called vodafone customer care to get more information about this issue. They said that they will deactivate this service in 30min’s and they cannot refund the money because the deducted amount is more than 50rs!!. What a method of cheating customer! This is not the first time I am getting cheated by vodafone. Before once I got 75 rs refund by vodafone , so now why they are not refunding ??. By doing this they are loosing their customers. I am tired of vodafone , if vodafone is not refunding the deducted amount then I will port to any other network.
