To whomsoever it may concern

Kindly note that I have launched a complaint on 8 July 2015 regarding the damage of my tablet
First the claim got approved on 07.10.2015 and the handset is under repair

later syska claimed that reason given over the phone was different than on the paper. Which is completely incorrect.
I think the person who was over phone was deaf enough to hear home as road.
My hand set had fallen down since my daughter rushed to my husband and they banged because of which the tablet fell down at home around 8 pm and screen broke

I plead, screamed, yelled that I never said that the tablet fell on the road. But the syska execute drafted her own story and rejected my claim on 04.01.2016

Finally I gave up thinking that this is all fraud and they want a reason the escape from the claim

So I accepted my claim as rejected. But now since January 2016 i m begging to return back my tablet

Every time the tele-executive shows sympathy over me and sympathies me that the hand set will return soon. You will get phone call within 48 hours
Today your tele-executive felt so bad for me that he asked me to beg for my handset through mail.

I think syska will celebrate 1st anniversary with my micromax tablet on 8th July 2016 and then return me back.

I think within this one year time it must be further damage by you…

Let me know whether you feel like returning my handset or shall i donate to Irfan Khan as promotion fees
