I am a Vodafone Prepaid Customer in Chennai using 3G data plan.
Vodafone has charged me Rs 99/- for downloading DNLD-DEALS_MYDALA_99-MYDALA for downloading a stuff which I had never downloaded. When I called their Customer Forum for explanation they had no proper explanation.
Please look in to it.
