Tata Photon Plus doesn’t work with Windows 8.0
I’ve purchased new Tata Photon Plus, my laptop has OS version of Windows 8.0 Pro. When I installed all the drivers of the device and tried to connect It was throwing error saying can’t connect. I called customer care people to rectify the issue. After some discussion they say that they won’t support Windows 8.0 Pro version. They are asking me to change the OS so that I can make use of the Device.
If the device doesn’t work the technical team should have said me that at the time of my purchase. Now I can’t use the device and they are not talking about returning the amount spent on it.
