Good Morning … I am Subba Rao fromTadipatri, Anantapur Dist, Andhrapradesh.. 2months back i port my docomo number 9030664525 to vodafone postpaid 249 plan . I received bill. in that bill i saw usage charge 99..i have 1GB free data on that plan. but they charge for data.
i asked to customer care in chat, they tell me you downloaded d2c_salparni payble app. i can’t downloaded it. they cannot give response properly for that question..It’s totally vodafone cheating there customers..
