On April 17th 2016, I got this message from Vodafone India:
“Hello! Silk pack is now active on your number, as requests. This service is valid till 17-05-2016 and a 30 day rental of Rs. 99 has been deducted.”
I did not request any such pack, ever. The amount was deducted without my prior consent and hasn’t been refunded till date.
