I booked two rooms in a hotel through makemytrip.com on 20 Apr 16 with booking reference no. NH2102218270087. rooms were booked in a hotel named Travel Inn. Instead providing the rooms in hotel Travel Inn, rooms were provided in a guest room named as Sahana guest house. Conditions of the rooms and staff behavior was very poor at the guest house.
NOT PROVIDED THE ROOM IN BOOKED CLASS
