Myself Swarup Saha owner of the prepaid mobile no 9830933123. Today morning I discovered that Rs 99 has been deducted from my mobile phone yesterday because some shotformat service download. I don’t do anything rather than opening Facebook App and GMail app from my mobile where no add are being shown.
I talked to Ms SUJATA KAYAL regarding this and she told me that it is not possible to refund the same. I want my money back. Vodafone cannot do the same with me as I haven’t done anything. If you are unable to refund the same then I will loose faith on this operator and definitely love to switch to other operator from now on wards. Let me know your concern on this.
