Haven’t received refund

Dear Sir,

I had placed an order with Jabong.com on 5th October 2014 with order number: 141005502086392 for a pair of jeans from Levis . I returned the product the next day of receiving of the product as the fitting was not right. Since then the jabong people have been telling me that they have refunded the money from their end but i haven’t received my refund yet. I have been following up with jabong but all i get is false promises and commitments. I Request you take appropriate action in this case.
