Hi Sir,
Vodafone corporate customer care is not changing my current talk PLAN after repeated reminder of mails to them .
Do we have anything from our end so that we can send ultimatum or penality to them .
We get different calls for the plan but when we talk regarding the plan change they just say it will be done in 72 hours and it never comes . This is quite frustrating .
Can we charge Vodafone for the delay of my PLAN change from the day i had requested for the same .
