VODAFONE BILL CHARGED FOR hello1_tvallsouth_ 2 times! @30

Dear Vodafone team,

My mobile number is 9916657757. I could see current month July 2014 . I have been charged for hello1_tvallsouth_ 30. Only Vodafone team and God can say what are these charges for.

I wonder what’s this strategy of making money from customers.
I was using past 6 years Vodafone connection and more overcharged Rs 30.
When I called up Customer care , they didn’t give any proper explanation on it.
This is ridiculous. Please reimburse the money.

    This site really suckd up my bucs a lot evry week ma rs 30 gt deducted mentioning as download charges werin I dont evn use for d same n ma no 9819094218 I got deducted of rs 80 in ol for dis service please retrive me for the same I m not inteested for dis service nor Iuse it I fel it jjst dis site makes up profit of deducting the money from the customerss.it realyy irritaes nd makes myself unco fortable to use with net services

    I have also chrged Rs.30 for the same in bill of Nov. 2014. Very irritating that vodafone customer care representative is not able to explain what is this about .
