vodafone 3G speed got reduced to 6KBPS

I am using Vodafone_ECONNECT_3G_375 plan. in this plan after 1GB limit, the throttling speed is mentioned as 64KBPS but i am getting only 6KBPS speed in throttling.

I have registered so many complaints to vodafone regarding this but they are not taking any appropiate action against it
