I am buy a virgin mobile connection number 8961996225
they told they service me free internet till 6 months from date.
after 5 months one sms was sent to my mobile that recharge 31 and get additional 500 mb internet, I recharge that but they activate a other scheme that higher the call rate. immediately I recahage the call rate cutter pack 47 that was also recharge by conformation id.
but the 2nd recharge till to day not available from my mobile.
at the same time my free internet service withdrawn,.
over phone customer care representative told that after 2nd recharge my free internet service not possible.
but sir if I not have benefit 2nd recharge although they confirmed my 2nd recharge and take my 47 rupees , why they say so.
my humbly request to you sir they fraught me. there for I request to give me justice as a service holder.
other wise I want to my recharge money return.
