violation of norms and policies and using rough and harsh language on the technical support

sir the company has taken my device for a change of mother board on 22 June2012 and said that they will return it back to me on 3 july 2012 but its now 6 July 2012 the y are not providing me the handset when ever i call the technical support they have just one answer that its in transit but its been 4 days they saying the same i asked them about the the number of head office , they just bluntly refused on my face and when i asked them to get to me their supervisor they again said that we cant give it to them..all the time i called them they just treat me in a very harsh manner as if i have done something wrong buying there product sir these people also have lied to saying that you are our high priority customer and we have sent many mail to our head office(flextronics)” here the handset comes for repair ” when i say to them i want want phone next day they just refuse and saying this cant be done and when when i saying ill file a case against you they said do whatever you feel like ….moreover when i went to them regarding my problem in the phone they didn’t even get to know whats the fault is just they were putting guesses over it ….i have a humble request to please bring my handset back to mee…
