Hi,
I have purchased a cooler from online retailer Star CJ and have really bad experience with them. The product is not working from day one and when I complained about it they asked me to launch a complained with the cooler brand(Symphony). It’s been one week and I am getting no assistance from them and they are just giving fake promises.
