vidyamandir classes is deceiving students

I purchased one year test series 2015 of vidyamandir classes. it was mentioned on the website the there will 12 three hour test at centre on the omr sheet.so that i bought the test. after that i did not got any notifications from vmc about test when i called they said me that 3 hour test will be done only on online. i said him that it mentioned on website that the will be pen and paper they said rule changed.what the hell is this.i asked them to refund my money or to take test at centre but they are not accepting my any request
