Respected personnel,
I want it to be simple and short .Micromax mobile company has made false promises and are deprived of proving services when the customers need it. C grade service centers and moreover when you complain to the head office,they simply dont bother to give you a solution. I bought a Micromax Canvas turbo worth 16k which lost its excellence on the very second day due to motherboard failure. They neither gave me a replacement nor bothered to repair it fully, even after I gave the phone to the service centre for 3times in 5 months. And on top of that they are asking me money for repairing it by giving a vague reason. I am simply tired and frustated mentally with this company.I just hope you take some stern action against them and give me justice. Thank you

Its very disheartening to see that even the consumer forum is least bothered to help me find a solution.I dont know what procedure to follow.. But seriously I needed some help from consumer forum so that I can stop people from getting cheated,
