Videocon d2h relallocation

Hi,

I am a customer of Videocon d2h for last 1 year. I have registered for re-allocation on 1st June, 2014 as I have changed my home. Customer service told me that the re-allocation should be done by 2nd June, 2014.
The uninstallation of my dish was done on 3rd June, 2014 (After calling several times to the customer care).
The re-installation has not done yet. I have called several times to the customer service.I talked with their representative, team lead and managers. Every time they promised me new time when their engineer will come and install the dish. but it’s over 72 hours and re-installation is still pending.

I want to register a complaint against Videocon d2h service as cheat and fraud organization as they kept promising a new time to service the product but they never do their services.

I want to re-install the service as soon as possible and also a compensation for being late.

Else I want Videocon d2h service to return my money so that I can start using any others services.
