I have booked a plot under Upwan residency -2 of M/s AKH deveploers Pvt Ltd in the year 2013. They promised to give possession by Dec 13. Now they have changed the layout & sold the plot to other party. They asked me to accept other plot. I want refund of money but they refused to do it.Please guide me the legal remedy I have.
