I purchased two A.C. Split A.C Model No. V.S.C. 7033 L Serial No. 1103090120100498 and 1103090120100382 from Lunia & Sons Bikaner as on date 23/04/2009 . As on purchases date to till now there is no cooling in above A.C. we are very trouble with yours product . We lodge complaint on Toll free against complaint No. JOD2505100027 and Second 2106100272 .
