Like many others, I also became the victim of saviza.com online fraud by paying 599 for participating in a contest to win Samsung mobile. They made the appearance of the process so illusive that it makes you believe that you are given a discount to buy the mobile at 599.
I not only want my money to be credited back to my credit card but also an exemplary fine against this company so that no others dare to defraud in similar fashion. Beyond creating awareness though social-networks/blogs I am also looking at others legal options (Should I registering an FIR with police?). Any suggestions?
