I had been to vibes Thippasandra branch for hair loss treatment. Noopur(manager) assured me that if i go for stem cell treatment I would observe hair growth in bald areas within 4 sessions. I had paid 1 lakh for the treatment, for 10 sessions of stem cells and 1 session of PRP( Platelet Rich Plasma). Even after 4-5 sessions and 1 PRP I dint observe any hair growth. I sent an email to vibes customer care, but nobody bothered to respond. Later Noopur got transfered to Delhi and she was replaced by Arpita. I spoke to Arpita and she asked me to meet Deepthi in sadashivnagar branch. I met Deepti and she assured me results and I took the treatment under her supervision. Even after 9 sessions of stem cells and 2 PRPs I dint observe any difference in hair fall or hair growth. I kept sending emails to customer care, but nobody bothered to respond. Now both Arpita and Deepthi have got transfered to some other location. Vibes has not taken any initiative in helping me.
They are ignoring all my emails and are trying to cheat me.
Please help me get back my money.
