i ordered a moto e back cover and transcend 8gb sd card from flipkart.com as i got a offer of 50% discount on the both product due to i ordered a moto e phone on the launch day. then i decided to change one of the product i.e. moto e cover. so i called the flipkart customer executive regarding the further information about cancelling that product. they told me that even if i cancel the order, i will get that same offer if i again place the same order. but after cancelling it when i was again placing the order, i couldn’t avail the 50% discount offer which had been assured by the flipkart customer executive. then i called again flipkart customer executive to inform about this but that time it is said that we didnt told that u will get the offer again. why they gave me the wrong information?
