my internet was not working from morning to till 4 p.m
on dated 11-09-2013
my internet speed was too low, i have 2000kbps download speed plan and i am getting 90 – 300 kbps download speed.
i made 2 complaints on 10-09-2013 and 3 complaints on 11-09-2013.
on each complaint there reply is that your problem will be resolved in 24 hours
