VERY POOR QUALITY AND TOO POOR SERVICE OF PRODUCT

Dear Sir,

I bought a split A/C MULTIMA 1.5 Ton from RSM Enterprises on 22 June 2015. After few days I have seen indoor cabinet is crack hence raise the complaint on helpline two month. Engineer visited and said that cabinet to be change but till now did not receive any kind of support from service side. The quality of product is very poor and service also too much poor. Kindly take appropriate action otherwise I will go to consumer forum.
