Very poor after sell service of ac under guarantee periods

I purchased a window ac of 1.5 ton Voltas make from Value Plus on 14 April 2018
On 31 March 19 i lodged a complaint about not starting ac Company technician came on 5 april 19 and told me that pcb will be changed He told that it will be changed tomorrow on 6 april but till today no one came to change it
I am repetedly making complaint to complaint center but no response

Pl take necessary action against company
It is my request to all new buyers that never perchase ac from Voltas company
Their after sell service is very poor
