since last 2 months I have been trying to downgrade the plan for that I have called upon many numbers of customer care they have directed me to the dealer and dealers have been giving excuses on the name of customer care for the service.
I have tried numbers of customer care as follows:-
09115691156 (called on feb 24 three times)
01203989677( called on feb 24 four times)
last recharges :-
6 feb 2019 for Rs220
24 feb 2019 for Rs380
second complaint is even after plan of Rs 380 many channels are not visible according to the plan content
waiting for quick action in anticipation
