Sir i am facing problems for not veiwing a channels for it i chance my packed as per their instr and deducted my 250 rupees for my account still problem was their which was resolving within 45 min. after three days i again make a call to cust care now they said satellite changed so direction of dish should change which will be within working five days. Today is eighth day and problems is still their with money deduction. please sir do what is right and try to resolve my problem i spend 100 rupees on cust care for this problem.
