not got money in my account

i bought a new pre paid connection from t24 at pantaloons as they were offering it at kanpur uttar pradesh . they told me that i need to pay 75rs and in return i will get a recharge of 100 but havent got a single penny plus my bonus talktime of 80 rs i havent recieved that too.
and when i called customer care of t24 they were damn rude .
