On 27th September I have purchased new two wheeler vehicle from Gurudev Yamaha show room, Nagpur. In the time of purchased thy provide the list of requirement document to register in RTO since i am working here last 6 months as other state employee in MNC company.
1. Permanent address proof.(Manipur India)
2. Rent agreement( register in public Notary)
3. Police verification for present address.
4. ID proof of owner .
After collected all document’s thy called me for passing the vehicle in RTO . In the above said day i went to showroom and left the vehicle. In same day evening I went to showroom to get back my vehicle and inform me passing is done and number will get soon. After 4 days thy called me again and documents is not valid as rent agreement is not registered in register office and saying public notary registered is not valid. I went to registered office for that will charged more Rs-5000/-.
Here i request , Is it not valid rent agreement registered in Public Notary(As RTO web site its valid but is it depend on location or not) .
What requirement documents required and help me to solve in proper way.
