vas ussd service and vas cms start on my number without any information

I have received these type messages daily

Name/Number: RM-Reliance
Time: 02-15-2013 23:00:11
Content: Amount Charged for VAS CMS Content Rs:3.00.
Current Main Balance : Rs:4.42

Name/Number: RM-Reliance
Time: 02-17-2013 09:37:40
Content: Amount Charged for VAS USSD Services Rs:3.00.
Current Main Balance : Rs:1.42

Reliance is deducted Rs.3.00 deducted daily. Because I have prepaid recharge Rs.255 for net. They want not give the net service properly.
