Various problems with Nokia Lumia 1320 within less than 1 month of purchase

I purchased Nokia Lumia 1320 on 3rd of July,2014 (CIN NO : U01100MH1999PLC120563,IMEI NUMBER :359179050718625, EAN# : 6438158628861) from Reliance Digital Axis Mall,Kolkata with around 21K by the name of my Husband Mr A.Chakraborti.

While for the first week it was working fine,but there was some heat issue which was minor.After one week,the battery started heating so vigorously that even if i am talking for 2min,the mobile set is getting heated like hell as such its impossible to keep in ears.also the battery back up is very less and getting vigorously heated even when charge given for 10-15min

So i handled the set to Nokia centre,Salt Lake opposite to IEM College on 14th July,2014(Monday),they acknowledged that due to some connectivity problem the set was getting heated and also they updated few software’s whereas when i recieved the phone yesterday ie on 17th July,i found few software’s like InNote etc which was inbuilt was not present when purchased,So i am not sure as what type of updation they did.

Secondly last night(17th July)i found camera giving totally a green screen with both front camera and back camera and if we try to click any photo,its providing only green screen,so i switched off and switched on to check whats wrong,then it was working fine.Agian suddenly today morning,i found the same issue..since it was intermittent issue i was not sure so i did not switched off this time ie today morning (18th July) to show Nokia centre guys.I want this whole set to get replaced since lot of harrassment has been faced by me and my husband in office hours everyday and every money has its value and its around 20K where i also have got the screen guard as well which is costly as well for Nokia 1320 set.They took my phone now and asked for 10-12 working day as they will raise a request to Nokia Head office as whether it will get replaced or will be repaired for the same.

I want it to get replaced since it has not been even 1 month i have purchased and getting so many problems,i cant bear this anymore and it should be considered with High priority.
