valu-added services starting on my mobile without my consent and knowledge

my airtel mobile no 9967081921-value-added services (VAS services) like jokes,love tips start coming by sms on my mobile without my asking or opting for them, as a result amounts are being debited from my prepaid account.
All my complaints made to their call centre executives, on the airtel website, on the airtel nodal officer’s fax no. provided on the website have yielded no results.
I have kept my phone off to avoid any more incoming sms,kindly help !
