I Bought A Samsung Power Bank From Online Retailer Shop Clues And When I Received The Product It Was Second Hand. The Product Doesn’t Work Properly And It’s Battery Gets Over After 10 Minutes. I asked for its replacement or refund from them so they told me that they’ll send someone to take the product back and no one has came yet to replace the product. It’s approximately been a month till I Complained for the product but hasn’t got any positive reply from them.
