Location/place: jaipur rajasthan

Name of company/service: RELIANCE GSM

Sir,maine apna 9887813994 mobile no.IDEA se RELIANCE GSM mai OCT.2012 mai PORT karwaya tha.Jo ki RELIANCE mai PORT bhi ho gaya tha. But hamare yahaan Network problem ki vajah se main ye no. ab doosare service provider mai PORT karwana chahta hu. Lekin RCOM wale mujhe PORT CODE nahi bhej rahe hai.Customer care wale mujhse bolte hai ki mere DOCUMENTS submit nahi hai.Main DOCUMENT SUBMIT kara chuka hoo. Agar documents submit nahi hai to 8 months se ye mera no.kaise ACTIVATE hai?Plz help me.SANDEEP KUMAR SHARMA
