On 13th June i recieved an sms saying that Rs. 100/- will be deducted from my balance on airtel prepaid no. for some Blackberry Personal Mail Service and that if i wish to discontinue i should sms UNWBIS to 121. Since i dont own a blackberry and have never subscribed to any such service, i sent the sms and recieved a response, ‘Invalid Keyword’. But Rs. 100/- was deducted from my balance and since then i have made 7 calls to Airtel Customer Support, only to be given random numbers that offer no help. No help has been provided by the pathetic customer care executives.
I want Rs. 100/- to be refunded. It is really pathetic that a company that promises great services in advertisements operates at such a measly level.
