unwantedly balance deducted

My mobile number is 9195020071. On 8th October 2016, at 7.50 p.m my balance approximately Rs. 53 was deducted unwantedly. I made a call to customer care. The one who spoke with me is Mr.T.Anish Kumar. He told me that I used 3G data, since my 3G balance is not sufficient they deduct my main balance. But I had my 4G balance. Also my signal showed me, my mobile is in LTE. He told me since it is first time, I refund your money within four hours. but till now I didn’t get my money back. kindly take action and rectify my problem soon.
