I m purchased reliance CDMA jalsa 900 post paid plan before 7 month, that time in this plan internet and calling is unlimited and compant giving us 1 year 50% discount of plan amount, after 3 month suddenly reliance changed this plan and convert my current plan in to 4G plan, 28 july reliance telecom message me and calling me to Dear Customer.w.e.f 28 july. Enjoy 2500 all india mins @60p/min. 1500 all india sms.free 3 GB 4Gdata @1299 MRC .T&C RCOM. They give again 1 year 50% discount on this plan last3 month i m getting discount, but suddenly without any information or call or message they stop my discount and release full phone bill, when I called reliance customer care that time executive said we r stopping discount and you have to pay full bill.
My question is how can they stop discount without any alert or information, and i am not found this beneficial scheme stop message in full bill statement.
So please help to shortcut this problem and revert my money.
