Unwanted Repeated Messages

Location/place: Secunderabad/Hyderabad

Name of company/service: Tata Docomo

I am user of TATA Docomo Post paid connection. I started receiving CB
message “RC 150pe 150 Talktime” at 01:50, 10 Oct’12 by 14.55 i received 125 same text messages.At14.55 I filed complaint at tata docomo Secunderabad office at 14.55 10 Oct’12.
Now the time is 18.10 11 Oct’12 till time i received more than 400 messages of same text, and still they have not resolved the problem I am receiveing messages. They Docomo have been disturbing day and night for the past two days.
kindly look into the matter and see that they stop harassing me.
