NON REDRESSAL OF COMPLAINTS

Location/place: MUMBAI

Name of company/service: VODAFONE MOBILE

HI AM USING VODAFONE SERVICES FOR MORE THAN A DECADE IE RIGHT FROM HUTCH DAYS. WHILE SERVICE LEVELS HAVE BEEN NOT WORTHWHILE ALL THE WHILE, OF LATE CALL DROPS, NO COVERAGE OF 3G SERVICES HAVE GONE WORSE. IN SPITE OF NUMBER OF COMPLAINTS NO REDRESSAL.

I lodged complaint (1202387568) on27th Sept.,12 and i got acknowledgement by sms informing that they will respond by 1st october, 5.32pm. today is 11th october and no response. they informed that they rep will come and look into the coverage problems. this is arrogance on the part of service providers. i wish they are as efficient in service levels as they are in collecting money.
