unwanted deductions from my account

Name of company/service: Tata docomo
I have been charged Rs 30 each for Sandal wood entertrainment pack and sweet nothing tones, both the time you have charged without my acceptance.
I have lodge a compalint also but the company is cheating us by diducting money like this.
