Unwanted balance deduction in a number of times…

Location/place: kozhikode

Name of company/service: Tata docomo

incident no:1 – happened on November 2012 , some so called evergreen song subscription got renewed and my balance was decreased by 30 rs wihtout any warning.
Docomo customer care replied that these kind of things does happen and there is no refund..

incident no: 2- january 2013 while browsing on mobile web browser, internet was quite slow and i accidently clicked on the advertisements that tata docomo places and i got a message(at the very moment with out any time to think) showing Rs 99 deducted from main balance. I would never want to spent 99rs for semi nude gals from docomo features. I talked to customer care about it. They said that the charges are non-refundable.he also said that the feature has been removed from my account. customer care exectutive’s name was rohit and his behaviour was not good as he said “this happens just because of my fault”. mind this the only fault i made was choosing Tata Docomo..

in addition. i only got message that i lost 99 rupees but how. and why is not mentioned ?

Please Help me and am sure there a good amount of others who does faces these kind of fraud tricks from mobile operators…
