jis par aircel company ne 7/08/2013 ko 15 rupaee balanace kata gaya maine iske baad coustmer care (198) par call karke iski suchna di to unhone kaha ki 24 gante ke undar apka balance refund ho jaiga lekin balnce refund nhi hua to maine dobara complain ki to unhone kaha 72 gante me refund ho jaiga phir bhi mera balance vapas nhi aaya. aur to aur mera number bhi lock kar diya gaya jisse ki mai coustmer care se sampark na kar saku. phir maine aircel ke dusre number se call kiya tab unhone kaha ki sorry sir apka balance ab tak mil jana chahiye tha aap 24 gante aur wait kar lijeye apka balance apko mil jaiga lekin mera balnce milna to dur 18/08/2013 ko phir 10 rs kaat liya gaya .
ab mai is aircel company se bahut pareshan ho chukka hu jaldi iska no. portable karane ki soch raha hu muche to ea nhi samajh me aa raha ki aircel jaisi company apna add ms dhoni jaise mahan khiladi ko carodo rupaye deti h aur coustmer jinki vajah se company chal rahi h unka 10 15 rupee kaat kaat kar pareshan kar di aur coustmer care valo se baat karke lagta unse apna balance nhi unki sampati magte h lagta sidhe gao ke anpado ko coustmer ki seva ke liye baitha diya h.
mera apse nivedan h jald se jald mera balance vapas kiya jai nhi to mai 25 rupaiye ke liye upbhokta form me mukdma bhi kar sakta hu . aircel valo ko bhi pata chal jaiga ki jab ek aam aadmi apni par utrta h to kya hota. Aur mere paas sabut ke tur pe sari call recoeding bhi mauzzod h. kyu ki muche aircel company par tanik bhi bharosa nhi h
aur sabhi aircel upbhogtao se mera neevedan ki vo apna no. jald portable karva le kyu aaj mere sath hua a kal apke sath ho sakta h mera 25 hi kata gaya apse 250 bhi kate ja sakte h
Mai jyda se jyda 31 aug tak ka itzaar karroga.
