Misbehaviour by the customer care

Name of company/service: Relaince

I have written this complaint against relaince who just fraud people with their new plans. This complaint is a merge of 2 complaints from me against relaince. I recharged Rs. 50 on my mobile number 7805087695 but by mistake my recharge went to 7805807695 I requested relaince a refund but they were unable to do so. The I recharged Rs. 50 again and activated Whatsapp and Facebook plan worth Rs. 16. The plan got activated but it was not actually working the money of running Whatsapp and Facebook got deducted from main balance. The main balance was then finished and was 0.01 INR. I requested relaince a solution to the problem and a refund of main balance which they gave. But neither the solution was working nor the main balance worked because it came to Rs. 0 again. Then I requested a solution to problem and the customer care did not replied from a long time. They then came with a message that the refund cannot be passed after more than 3 days of date of problem. But actually it was their company which did late in replying. When I sent this message to relaince they did not replied again.

These problems created by relaince had created huge problems for social networking. The customer care doesn’t responds because the company just wants money and have no care for their customers neither their customer care number is any worth nor the email in which they never respond. This is a case of mental harassment by relaince to their customers.

I want sorry from the company as well as refund of Rs. 100. I also want solution to the Whatsapp and facebook plan problem.
