On 7th june, i got call from bsnl that there is a service by which i can see live tv on my handset, i confirm from them that os it will work on my samsung galagy note, they said ur handset suppprts this service, thus i said them to activate the service. On 9 june 35 rs was deducted and i got the msg for activation of mu NEXGTV service, but when i logged in, there i got msg that my handset doesnot support the service. I submit complaint on bsnlcare they said u ‘ll get balance refund in 30 to 45 days.. But still i dont get my balance back. when i call to customer care, they said me to go to bsnl exchange, but people in exchange said they cant do anything… And during this period they deduct my balance 2 more times for other services without any of my permission… First on 8th july , they deduct rs 19 for bsnl music music station and after that on 13 july, they deduct re 1 for weekly personality tip…. Please help me to get my balance refund. All the balance deductions are done from the number given below…..I ‘ll be very thankful to u…
