We were to receive rakhis through ON DOT courier service at Bathinda sent from Sunam Punjab via Receipt no. 810014604 dated 29th July 2012 and Receipt no. 810014803. The rakhis were not received till the evening of Raksha Bandhan i.e. 2nd August 2012.
